ANZ's online banking service crashed for more than an hour and it caused great problems for the customers. The online banking was unavailable during the business working hours. A technical error caused online banking to go offline. This is not the first time that Australian bank has suffered the online banking issue. Recently, three other Australian banks Westpac, NAB and the Commonwealth Bank faced technological problems. It seems to be flood calamity for the biggest banks to experience technical faults, leaving customers suffer.
Stephen Ries, spokesman for NZ, told news.com.au that online banking was down for one hour because there was a technical fault caused some servers to reboot. It's time now for all the banks update and upgrade their systems to avoid faults for online banking.
